APPOINTMENTS

We highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our treatments. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. A major credit card will be required for any treatment that is an hour or more. Please arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment time. Guest who arrive past their scheduled appointment time will result in a shortened service. Full cost of service will be charged.

 

cancellations

We require 24 Hours notice for any individual service and 48 Hours on any packages of two or more service. We reserve the right to charge your credit card if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than the time required by our policies. 50% of the total service will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment. A charge of the full service amount will be issued if no notice is given. Your credit card will not be charged except for the aforementioned ​condition.  

 

Payment

Beach House Spa accepts cash and major credit cards as well as apple pay. We do not accept personal or business checks

Gratuities are always appreciated and are accepted as Venmo or cash, they cannot be added to credit cards or gift cards.
